Pastor Raymond Yip | Agapé English Ministry
P. Raymond has been serving as lead EM pastor of NCBC since 2011. Born and raised in Southern California. P. Ray moved to NorCal to attend UC Davis, where he studied engineering and met his future wife, Jeanette. Raymond and Jeanette both worked in the tech industry before receiving a calling to ministry. P. Ray is a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and is passionate about worship, discipleship, and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ at the pulpit and out in communities near and far. P. Ray also enjoys cooking, woodwork, working on bikes and cars, and playing sports.

Pastor David Kim | Well (Young Adult) & Beloved (College) Ministry
P. David hails from lots of places including Korea, the Philippeans, New Jersey, and Southern California. As a son to missionary parents, he has been involved with college ministry since he was very young. After graduating from UCSD and working as a full-time missionary since 2010 as well as earning a Master of Divinity from Talbot in 2024, God has been growing both the missional and pastoral heart within him. He is dedicated to helping the next generation of college and young adults love and follow the Lord. P. David has given seminars regarding spiritual formation, marketing, and the role of art and creativity in Christianity and loves teaching as his main passion. He also is passionate about worship, drumming, coffee roasting, latte art, bowling, BBQ, archery, theology, and ceramics.
Pastor Kenneth Son | NCBC Senior Pastor
P. Son immigrated from Korea to Southern California during high school and attended Cal Poly Pomona, where he studied Economics. He received his Master’s of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and was ordained in the Southern Baptist Convention. He served at Bethel Church in Irvine, was commissioned as a missionary to Japan, and then served as lead pastor of Bethel Church’s Yesalm Chapel until coming to NCBC in 2011. P. Son is passionate about worship, mission, discipleship, the next generation, and advancing the Kingdom of God. His ministry vision is to give everything for the one lost soul. P. Son and his wife Kathy have two daughters.

Pastor Paul Dubé | Mosaic Youth Ministry
P. Paul has been serving Mosaic Youth since 2017. He was born in Monterey, CA and spent most of his childhood in a small town in Canada. He is half-Korean and half-French Canadian. P. Paul studied Biblical Studies at Patten University and received his Master's of Divinity at Gateway Seminary in 2018. He has been serving in youth ministry for 10+ years in the Bay Area., and has also served in two parachurch ministries (God's Image and Horizon Ministries). He enjoys fishing, watching tech videos, playing guitar, and cooking. P. Paul has the heart and vision to serve and disciple this generation to see them rise up and do the same for the next generation.

Pastor Rebecca Park | Faithland Children’s Ministry
P. Rebecca was born into a Christian family and personally accepted Jesus at the age of 13. She was raised in New York and attended the University of Michigan, where she met her husband, Joontae. She has served in worship ministry, college/young adult ministry, and children's ministry. She brings her love for worship into children's ministry and enjoys training the children to become true worshipers. P. Rebecca believes in the importance of building a firm foundation of Christ from an early age, and to become better equipped, she earned a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Early Childhood Education at Gateway Seminary.
