복음이 일을 어떻게 변화시키는지에 대해 다양한 프레임웍, 간증, 그리고 성경말씀을 바탕으로 배우고 나누는 시간이 될 것입니다. 대상은 모두 (현 직장 유무, 한어 및 영어권, 남녀 등과 무관)이며, Child care와 점심이 제공됩니다.

F&W Testimony Night
F&W gathered on May 26, 2021 to hear testimonies of what the Lord has done and is doing from several people who recently completed the 5-week F&W intro course. Hyun Lee also shared a testimony about his faith and work journey, and San Baek shared an overview of the “Why Your Work Matters” course.
Pray For Tech: Global Day of Prayer
On April 23-24, 2021, F&W participated in the Pray For Tech: 2nd Annual Global Day of Prayer for Technology, a 24-hr virtual prayer & worship gathering with the broader Church body to pray, cover, & support those called into the tech industry. We believe prayer is crucial to shaping the future of our world & seeing God’s glory revealed upon the Earth.
F&W Seminar: SK Shin on Boldness in Christ
On Feb 24, 2021, guest speaker SK Shin shared his testimony on being bold in Christ in the workplace. As the first ever CFA charterholder as a blind person, SK started his investing career in 1994 at JP Morgan & Co. He is now a Fixed Income Analyst at BBH, managing healthcare and consumer products sectors. SK received an AB degree from Harvard College and was a PhD candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Course Summary
This course helps you understand why your work matters to God. Through biblical teaching, theological reflection, and practical exercises, it establishes a foundation for integrating your faith and your work. It also addresses how to operate in the broken areas of the work where God has placed you.
Course Description
Christians know the gospel changes everything, but it’s often difficult to comprehend how the gospel changes the way we work. We often experience the broken areas of work instead of the glory of it. How do we know if we’re working for God’s glory, or if we’re using work to serve our own? What are we supposed to do if we hate our jobs? Can we connect the mundane parts of our jobs with the greater work God is doing in the world?
This course helps lay a foundation for integrating your faith and your work through biblical teaching, theological reflection, and practical exercises. You will end the course with a greater vision for what God is doing with your vocational calling.
This course will help you:
Learn why your work matters to God.
Examine your motivations for work.
Use your work to love your neighbor.
Develop a redemption vision for your industry or field.
